Inspired by an Arab legend on the universal theme of curiosity, the film tells the story of Ali, young, handsome and poor, who inherits the riches of the Pasha, on condition that he does not cross the Seventh Gate of the palace. He disobeys. As soon as he opens the door, for him, begins a journey in which he exhausts his life. In the end he finds himself again in his beautiful palace, but old and in search, in turn, of a young person to whom to entrust his palace and the key to the Seventh Gate.
