'Moto' will be held on Wednesday 28 May at 7pm. The event will take place at the T.B. Sheth Public Library (Indo-Tanzania Cultural Centre). The library is located on the corner of Kisutu Street and Mrima Street (opposite Snoopy's). The location of the event can be seen on the map:https://maps.google.com/maps?q=-6.814684%2C39.285245&ll=-6.81461%2C39.285685&spn=0.001443%2C0.002537&num=1&t=h&z=19&iwloc=A

The event is free and open to anyone who is a writer and participation of all is encouraged regardless of experience. Moto is open to writers and speakers of Swahili or English and both languages are equally encouraged.

Following on from our previous meetings we ask that participants bring around 1,000 words of creative writing prose (or equivalent in their respective genre i.e. poems can be shorter!) to share with the group. If possible, please send us your work beforehand so that everyone can have a chance to read it and share constructive feedback. If you're not able to contribute your work you're still welcome but we hope to start producing some writing within the group in order to help one another develop our craft.

Karibuni! Hope to see you there!
