Canadian Jean Bourbonnais has distinguished himself as a film director with a number of famous productions. He has equally directed several adaptations of theatre plays for television, drama series (Si la tendance se maintient, Caserne 24) and series for children (Club des 100 watts). In 2004, Cyberjack was nominated three times at the Gemini Awards of the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television. With his new series Pure laine, Jean Bourbonnais lends a voice to ethnic minorities.
