The film "Ward No.6 "tells the experience of two girls within the women's prison after being arrested in a political demonstration, the first named " Rasha" and she's works in the press field as a journalist and the second named "Asmaa" she's an active member in human rights field, both are belong to the political opposition movements in Egypt.

Rasha and Asmaa were supposed to be imprisoned in a special wing politicians, but the prison administration punished them and supplied them in section with large numbers of women who have committed crimes such as murder named "Ward No.6".
