With South Sudan, the world will add a new state in July 2011. This historic creation is being prepared under the responsibility of the former Sudanese rebels and under the aegis of UN diplomats and the scrutiny of the media. Democracy in kit form brought by the diplomats is going to have to adapt to Sudanese reality. Or perhaps the opposite?
