Abou, the son of their neighbor, rich entrepreneur Mr. Tymbre, is a good friend of Abi despite the strong opposition of his parents. Mr. Tymbre decides to repurchase Mami's yard to extend his garden, build a swimming pool, thus keeping Abi away from his son. Mami turns down all of his offers.
