The arrival of a new student, Nadine, is the starting point for an analysis of interracial relationships at Abidjan high school. Brought together by Jean Rouch, the students play themselves in a "fictional" story which unfolds in terms of the new relationships between white and black, bringing to the screen ties of friendship and affection.
