They don't speak Arabic and, with their style and vocabulary, they quickly stand out in the local high school. Living in the lifestyle of french youth, they draw the ire of everyone, especially when they start seeing young locals Aïcha and Leïla. Called "Parisians", they are rejected and when Lounès collects the money, he decides to move with his family to Algiers. Written in a comic mode, the cultural and generational shock and the issue of women are tackled with a lot of humor.
