Sanaa Central
1957. The violence of the Battle of Algiers intensifies. Hassan, a peaceful inhabitant of the Casbah, is mistaken for a dangerous "terrorist leader", which causes him to be called Hassan Terro. He is arrested. He manages to escape with the help of the occupying army who, by doing this, hopes it will lead them back to the resistance leaders. The army will use him to defeat the French general staff and disperse their forces. The film is tackled from a comical point of view.
