Court métrage sur le peintre du film "MÉRIDIEN O" Mohammed Khadda (1930-1991) qui a joué un rôle majeur dans l'émergence de la peinture algérienne et a pris part à tous les combats de la créativité, dans le champ artistique comme dans le champ social de l'Algérie indépendante.
"LES CASBAH NE S'ASSIEGENT PAS" a été diffusé à la TV, à sa mort, en 1991.
