Of Algerian origin, Aïcha lives in a housing project. She works as a trainee 500 meters from her home. She dreams of crossing the belt highway and working for the head office. The group manager assigns her to handle the promotion of a cosmetic in her city. Aïcha devotes herself entirely to the success of this unhoped-for event.
