Since October 2004, Brazzaville, the capital of Congo hosts the international festival of laughter "tuSeo." This appointment brings international laughter in the spotlight through live performances, exhibitions literary and visual arts, lectures, workshops, training and an excursion. The four editions held in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 have helped to discover that the Congo and the sub-region are replete with a breeding ground for talented artists in the field of laughter and that this festival deserves to be perpetuated. tuSeo enables professionals and beginners to showcase their talent to the general public. It is becoming more and more as a privileged moment of artistic expression and wishes to pursue its goals: making the capital Brazzaville laughter in Africa; permit the movement of creations of laughter, mime, musical comedy, clownery, but also to give a chance to young talent emerging in this discipline, create a strong time encounters and exchanges. Also to develop tuSeo a need to expand the international partnership, including:

- Create a network of contacts in other countries to initiate cooperation projects that could integrate harmoniously tuSeo to contribute to its influence and its enrichment

- Take advantage of the security agencies and institutions specialized in logistics support and technical and financial

- Strengthen the capacities of members of the organising committee

- Participate in an experiment to organize a festival of the same type abroad

- Identify and integrate a network of festivals of laughter

- Consider a pairing with a festival of laughter engaged in the same field as tuSeo
